Prices
The total price stated in the reservation confirmation applies to the stated number of persons in the booked holiday apartment. If the composition of your party changes, please let us know before arrival. We are happy to accommodate additional persons in the booked apartment for a surcharge.
The price includes accommodation, bed linen, hand and bath towels, heating, water and electricity, as well as all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tourist tax.
The local tourist tax is calculated according to the municipal regulation in force at the time of your stay (EUR 2.40 per person per day from the age of 14).
Final cleaning is already included in the agreed total price, provided the apartment is left in a tidy condition. Otherwise a cleaning surcharge will be charged. The apartment is checked for completeness before the guests depart.

Discounts
Children under 4 stay free of charge in a cot; children aged 4 to 14 receive a discount depending on the season and occupancy of the apartment. From the age of 14 the full price is charged. Discounts are granted if the children's ages are stated when the offer is made; no price reductions are possible after booking.
Payment
Payments are accepted exclusively in cash for amounts up to EUR 2,999.99 or by bank transfer / online banking before or during your stay. We do not accept card payments or cheques.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the apartments are ready from 1 pm at the earliest. We welcome you personally at reception until the evening. On the day of departure please vacate the apartments by 9 am.
Booking
In response to your enquiry you will receive a personal offer for a suitable holiday apartment. The booking is handled by email. Please note: the booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid to confirm it and the booking confirmation has been sent. We will send you the booking confirmation as soon as the deposit has arrived in our bank account. The following cancellation conditions also apply:
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
You have no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: the reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the day of arrival; only the deposit is retained. For cancellations by the guest between the 29th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation 29 to 14 days before the day of arrival: 30 % of the agreed total price
- Cancellation 13 to 7 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the full price for the entire booked period is due.
Please let us know in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance of your choice at the time of booking. It can cover the cancellation fees should something unexpected come up and you have to cancel or cut short your holiday.
Guest consent to data processing
On arrival, after reading the privacy policy available on site, we ask our guests to sign the following consent for registration purposes:
"I hereby give the establishment my express consent to process the data I have provided, in particular name, date of birth, gender, nationality, country of birth, place of birth, document details, contact details, services used and related documents and correspondence, accounting and payment data, interests disclosed, intolerances, disabilities or other health data disclosed, registration and stay data, for the provision of services (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
We also ask for your consent that the above data may be processed and used for sending information and/or advertising material or communications – including by email – about new products, services, events or related news.
The above consent can be withdrawn at any time by email to info@brugger-klausberg.it, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal."
